“Mudgeeraba Hilltons Resort” (MHR) isn’t a resort at all! Nor have we any inclination to become – or even pretend – to be a resort.

MHR, is pure and simple “in home” “in family” living, very close interaction and sharing of common facilities with family and other house guests. (However, with 2 stories, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we certainly can offer the guests some privacy when desired.)
 
“Mudgeeraba Hilltons Resort” originated as a joke from one of our guests, and we just thought it to be fun – and handy to have a name to reefer to.

 
Location, Mudgeeraba Gold Coast Australia:

We are situated in the middle of the “Gold Coast beach strip”  (Australia’s Monaco or Miami Beach if you want comparisons with other continents.) which is South East Queensland on the middle of Australia’s East Coast.

A bit of a Gold Coast;

Situated as mentioned in the southeast corner of Queensland Australia, the Gold Coast is predominantly a tourist town. Encompassing an impressive 70 km of clean beautiful sandy beaches, most of which is a long the 40 to 50 km stretch along the Pacific Ocean. And the balance hidden away in Creeks, Rivers and calm Broadwater enclosures.

The Gold Coast has - despite the tourist stamp - an impressive amount of industry in different areas, predominantly to support the local building industry. The Gold Coast is leading South East Queensland to be the fastest growing area in the world.

We also have several world-class universities attracting many international students, these universities cover a vast array of subjects; medical, law, business and much more.

Being a tourist destination we have of cause countless hotels, motels and restaurants, but also catering for the young party people a long row of nightclubs, pubs and other parts it facilities.

Finally you can choose from half a dozen theme parks and other larger entertainment facilities.

But let's go back to Mudgeeraba Hilltons;

And Connie Hansen, Mona Persson and the undersigned Olle Persson.

The Mission of this operation is to make visitors welcome to Australia and the Gold Coast, by answering all imaginable questions, assisting and showing directions and helping helping helping.

We have for a long time, and we continue to make Mudgeeraba Hilltons your home away from home.

So, who are we – and what are we doing?

Well, as you probably have calculated we all family of three, originating from Sweden but shifting to Australia in the end of 1990 - consequently just on 20 marvelous years in the best spots on the planet. What a blessing to have had the opportunity to spend it when the happy, educational and successful years here on the Gold Coast.

On top of that being able to look forward to the next 20 years, which indeed looks even happier, with planning much more education - and can see huge success and prosperity. That is wealth in all areas of life; Relationships, Health, Financial and of course Spiritual.

So what are we doing except from the hobby with displaying the site;

Mona Persson, a girl in her mid-20s with lots of ambitions.

Mona’s passion is dancing, at the moment she's doing Modern Jive a few evenings a week and weekends. She does have a full-time job which is with the company of OneLife international, an adult financial education company, so Mona is perfectly situated to learn and prosper in the financial field.

Her other businesses, except from promoting OneLife international and their seminar products is; Dubli online auctions, trading auction cars for profit, Real Estate renovation in trading, and some books and research into the sharemarket and CFD trading.

As Mona though longer live permanently here at 33 Milky Way, her informants in this little students and travelers service has diminished. You will however meet her hair regularly, and she are still managing the place when Connie and myself taking our short holidays to some hideaway.
 

Connie Hansen, an ambitious worker and with a passion for alternative health.

Ambition to help people achieve in better physical health for a self education and self-help. In simple terms helping people looking out for himself; eating and drinking correctly, exercise, stretching and fitness and last but not least mental health and stability.

Connie are currently working four days a week in a plant nursery, but will in the next few months reduce that to three days a week. A step in the process, or call the transformation, in her career change into becoming a professional health practitioner.

Here at MudgeerabaHilltons con is looking after the cleanliness and general order at the place, these include the laundry departments which you are busy with over Fridays and Saturdays.

In addition to steal acts as a part-time secretary of the business, and while she is at the desk anyway she would do her daily session is a successful shared trader at the Australian Stock exchange.

Olle, full-time - or double time - on the computer while servicing the guests.

And what about me??? I guess I'm the "runner" of the place, being a full-time housewife – eeeh husband maybe.

Well that is with exemption of the 10 to 14 hours a day I spend in front of the computer. Either way I working from home, thus available to service our guests and look after problems that may arise here at the MudgeerabaHilltons.

The profession I have labeled myself with at the moment are website developer and Internet marketing expert. These include domain name registration and management, website hosting, maintaining and servicing, websites development including artwork and design. Building on this groundwork I then proceed to organize traffic to my customer website, with specific areas such as search engine optimization, SEO and Internet Marketing campaigns.

For the aspects of MudgeerabaHilltons I truly are the “housewife” and "handyman", looking after the daily chores in the household keeping the busy home nice and tidy throughout the day. On the handyman side - as we all know – encompasses all professions in the world; plumbing, electricity, Carpenter, Gardner, Pool service man - and on and on.
